All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear picture or pictures showing the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The same applies for all our digital products, there are no refunds. If your digital download is not able to complete the download process. We will resend the download link or send the digital product directly to your email. We can see from our end the time and date when our digital products have been successfully downloaded and accessed.

Any purchase made of $67 and over shipping is free. Any purchase under $67, shipping can cost any where from $2.99 to $4.75 depending on your address in the United States.

Shipping rates outside the United States can start at $10 and can go up to $30.
